	The goods under the order are to be shipped according with the method agreed therein. Shipping costs are included in the invoice and vary based on the method of shipment (options available for some regions), the total weight and value of the goods and distance to destination. Orders exceeding 200US$ are subject to free-of-charge transportation to Moscow, the Moscow region, Kiev, and Minsk. We do appreciate the carriers, but as our clients you are more important to us. Orders for goods available in stock are to be executed upon verification of payment within 6 days of the verification date. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment chosen. In case of cash on delivery payment, in the regions with delivery options available the goods are to be delivered once delivery dates are agreed upon by the buyer and the store administrator. The store administrator shall contact the buyer by phone or by e-mail within 2 days after placement of the order. Preordered goods will be shipped within 6 days following the day when the goods arrive in stock subject to payment verification. The buyer is entitled to refuse the delivered goods of proper quality within 7 days after the goods were received in accordance with the following: The goods of proper quality can be returned if the all packaging, purchase documents and useful qualities of the goods are retained. If the buyer no longer has documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase, he may provide other sufficient proofs to enable return of the goods. Food contact products and materials made of polymers, including expendables: tableware, food storage and transportation containers and packaging. 5. Household furniture: furniture sets and items. 6. Technically sophisticated household products subject to warranty: metal-cutting and wood-working household machines, electric household gadgets and devices, radio equipment, household computing equipment and calculators, photo and video equipment, telephone sets and fax machines, electric musical instruments, electronic toys. 7. Nonserial printed publications: books, brochures, albums, maps, sheet music, posters, calendars, booklets, and publications on technical data storage media. In case the goods are returned for reasons other than quality complaints, the reshipping costs are to the buyer? s account. Mail service is responsible for the goods during transportation. Please, open the package delivered under your order the moment you receive it. If any damage is revealed, make claims against mail service.
