The Code of a Horecan is the best cocktail in the biography of the experienced mixologist Bek Narzi. It has a lot of bitter and little sugar syrup, a lot of salt and pepper and little water.

Bek Narzi is a business coach working in the Horeca industry. His workshops and seminars are based on his personal experience, many years of work and progression from a barmen to an owner of London restaurants.
