Delivery Terms

Delivery information

We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Delivery time and cost will vary based on the chosen service, order weight and distance to the destination. Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be shown during checkout. The total cost of your order does not include customs fees and duties levied by the destination country.

Items in stock usually ship within one business day of payment. Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. Anticipated shipment date is shown in the item description.

Orders are shipped by Russian Post (delivered by the destination country’s postal service) and Courier Service Express.

International courier delivery takes 5-11 business days. Order confirmation letter will include a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your shipment. Representatives of Courier Service Express will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

Delivery via Russian Post takes 2-7 weeks. You can track your shipment on the Russian Post website before it leaves Russia. Once the package crosses the border (an average of 6-8 days after shipment), you can follow it on the website of the destination country’s postal service.

Note that destination post offices normally store parcels for a limited time only (usually a month) after which unclaimed parcels are returned to sender.

Delivery in Moscow

If you are in Moscow, you can pick up your order from one of our stores or have it delivered by courier. The store administrator will contact you by phone or email within one day of order placement to confirm the delivery date.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

You can return your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the order. All packaging and relevant documents must be retained. In case the order is returned for any reason other than quality complaints, shipping costs won’t be refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at store@artlebedev.com with your order number.

Postal service bears responsibility for packages during transportation. Please open the package as soon as you receive it to verify the contents. If any damage is discovered, please file a claim against the postal service.
